Shipping and Returns Policy

We ship domestic and worldwide using USPS and DHL services.

All orders are sent tracked. Tracking number provided with order confirmation email.

Whilst we try to get your orders to you as seamlessly and as quickly as possible we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by international customs. 

If your order looks like it has been held up in customs for over a month please get in touch with us using our contact form.

US Free Shipping     3-5 days

US Priority Shipping   1-3 days

International Ground Shipping  1-2 weeks

International Priority Shipping  2-7 days

Duty & Customs Charges

All orders placed within the EU will not need to pay duties on orders under €150, orders over this amount will be subject to EU duties and VAT.

For other customers outside the UK, please note item price and shipping cost are not inclusive of any customs or import duties. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase. 

Lost parcels: 

All our parcels are tracked, but sometimes things happen along the way that we cannot control. If you are worried your parcel is lost and is taking longer than usual, just fill out the contact form on our website and we will help you find a solution.

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, an e-mail will be sent to the client notifying him/her of the orders dispatch. The order will be sent to the delivery address that the client has stated in the registry form- it is important that the client ensures that address details are correct as these cannot be modified, “Moxy Intimates” cannot be held liable for lost orders related to an incorrect address or incomplete information entered on an order.
