We accept return within 30 days of delivery.   📮

Return costs are covered by the customer and will be deducted from your refund. 

Enter your return information on our portal and print the postage label for your return. You can find your order number on your confirmation email or text message. Your return will be tracked and you will be notified once your return has arrived back with us! 

The returned articles should be in original condition, for hygiene reasons the items will be checked thoroughly upon return.  Once it has been inspected and approved you will be notified. Original shipping costs are not refunded, but most of our items have free shipping! Please be aware that the refunds and exchanges can take up to 30 days to processes based on different payment methods, especially if your bank is based outside of U.S.
