Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship worldwide, and shipping cost and delivery time are calculated automatically at checkout. For a full breakdown of delivery times and international customs charges by region, see our Shipping Policy.

I have a special event planned, do you offer rush shipping?

We offer express 1-day shipping, it is pricey but has a guaranteed delivery time.

If you have any special requests, we will try our best to help you! Don't panic, send us an email, and we will get back to you within hours. If the product is in stock, it can be shipped the same day if the order is placed before 3 pm. If you are in NYC, you can also pick up in person.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We additionally offer support for PayPal, FB Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

How do I know the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email, it takes us 1-2 business days to ship your order.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

If you want to make changes or cancel your order, please reach out before you receive the shipping confirmation.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes — not sure of her size or style? A Moxy Intimates Gift Card is delivered by email in minutes, so she can pick exactly what she loves. Gift cards can be forwarded or regifted, and never expire on the unredeemed balance.

Is the packaging & payment discreet? 

Yes, your privacy is important to us. We use unbranded packaging materials; the sender field on our shipping labels will say "MOXY" instead of "Moxy Intimates". 

Your bank statement will also only show "MOXYNY" as Moxy New York and not "moxyintimates". 

Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift message?

We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but every order ships in discreet, gift-ready packaging with the option to add a personal note at checkout. If you're not sure what she'll love, a Gift Card lets her pick exactly what she wants.

Are panties/bodysuits final sale?

For hygiene reasons, panties and bodysuits are final sale unless received damaged or defective.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Head to our Returns & Exchanges page to see more details. You'll get a prepaid shipping label and can track the status of your return online once you request a return.

Do you have physical stores?

We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name. However, we do offer studio pickup from our Brooklyn location. If you wish to pick up same day or next day, leave us a note when you check out and we will get back to you on the item's availability. 

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our most-loved styles do come back! If an item is sold out, check back on the product page or reach out to us at sales@moxyintimates.com to ask about restock timing.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
